Taking good care of our body and health is the most important thing in our life. Nothing will function the right way if we neglect those principles. Balance of body. mind and spirit is basic to be in a good state, without that everything collapses. Your whole reality is falling apart. And you will not be able to achieve your desires because you won’t have capacity and energy potential.

Social interactions are the basic thing in the world around us that brig us to achievement of our goals. We need other people to make all things work out. To fit in and find our place in world it is the thing we are learning whole are lives. Finding love for ourselves, finding purpose in society, learning to interact with people and enjoying in our life is something we all are craving for.

  • Life is movement… (Everything is a movement, everything is moving, everything the particles of the universe and all its smallest and biggest parts are on the move, and somewhere in all of this life is created. The movements and gestures connect us with certain knowledge and archetypes and states of mind. All knowledge is hidden in movements of consciousness).
  • Every time is the first time… (Every moment is always the first time, so is every experience. If we look at the world that way, things get much more exciting and we won’t be bored with our life anymore. Be like a child and look at the world that way).
  • Gratitude in all… (Be grateful for everything in your life, everything happens with a reason. Gratitude is the greatest state of presence and awareness in the moment).
  • Let the Love go all the way… (Embody the moment and enjoy it with all your senses and actions. Each moment could be the enlightened one just be aware of the moment and present).
  • Find your focus… (Focus is the strongest attraction power and it will bring you to your goals if you stay constant).
  • Don’t wait, Be… (Seek from the universe, what you want for yourself. Be the change you want to be).
  • Embrace change… (Don’t be afraid to change your habits and try something new. Go to unknown, and beyond your comfort zones).
  • Patience can bring us to what we want… (Being patient and present in the moment can show you the way to your goals and desires. Because clear and focused mind can better see true options).
  • Don’t get distracted by the things you can’t control…
  • Resist the urge to dwell on your past…(You have to give yourself permission to enjoy life, despite what might have happened in the past).
  • Feel the transformation…(Transformations can happen at any time, in any situation, because some of your visions are becoming manifested reality. The universe gives you everything you wish little by little, be aware of it and accept your gifts. Don’t resist).
  • As long as there are dreams you are alive… (Dreams shape our reality. Without dreams, we are not free. Dare to dream big things and goals).
  • If you want something there should be no excuses….(You have to be clear to yourself and take action from your decisions. Passive states and lack of will bring you nothing).
  • Deliberately discovering something new… (Be motivated to discover new things in life, learn new skills, or be creative to change your world.)
  • Find places where visions and desires come true… (Such spaces can be find intuitive or deliberate or even through dreams and visions you can get some hints. Give yourself the freedom to explore the world around you and go to such places).
  • Laziness kills… (It is the most dangerous thing we could let our self’s into. Sometimes there is no escape from it unless we activate ourselves and break out that trap. Remember something that drives you, anything strong, nice, and intense…sex, movements, breathing, or some principles of your own. All those things can help you motivate yourself and find inspiration to move on from a stagnating point).
  • Dates and a diary can keep evidence of our reality… (When you drifting too much and can’t find any stronghold keeping in touch with healthy reality is a basic thing to do to stay in control).
  • Do not assume the states that you are entering… (Because then, with the preconceptions you enter into states, then your mind and view are limited within your own fears).
  • Visual and nonvisual embodiment…(It is important to create a visual image of our physical form. To imagine and feel what we want to transform ourselves into is the strong and basic principle of change. When transformation becomes visible physically it happens both up and down, in spirit and matter).
  • A promise leads you to a vision or goal… (Make a promise to yourself and your body to reach the vision and desires you truly want. If your vision is real, and it’s in reach of your possibilities it would realize in time; if you work on it. Believe in it, invest all your best in it, and also take care of yourself. Strong promises like that can be so powerful that they could even save your life in critical situations when you get motivated by the drive of your promise).
  • Create and figure out paths to the goal for everything you desire… (All the best answers are always hidden inside of us, sometimes we may need help to accomplish some goals, but we always need to go our own way. We can think of plans and strategies for some things alone in our imagination and our visions … this would best apply to some interpersonal relationships).
  • People are in a hurry with what has not come yet… (People are constantly burdened with things they have not done yet and have already created problems and cannot be fully present in the moment).
  • Give your sleep purpose…(Before bed, we can make strong suggestions for ourselves that will make us solutions through dreams or rest. Sometimes literally as a benefit of the dream and state of mind that sleep brings us to as a natural process, it can also be enhanced by consciously focusing on the desired goal).
  • Start dreaming about the solutions of your problems. They are in the circle of reach in your reality… (Before going to bed, give yourselves mental instructions on what solutions you strive for and what problems you seek solutions for).
  • Plan and practice speaking your visions out loud…(Creating strategy and vision plans for some solutions needs to be practiced and spoken out loud if there are verbal situations. It is not enough to just imagine and hope to achieve it).
  • Sometimes you need to let your voice calm down spirit and mind…
  • Tools have raised us in consciousness…(Using tools gives people an easier life in the environment and allows them development . Tools are also abstract principles of solutions).
  • Stop feeling sorry for yourself…(Don’t spend your precious time pitying yourself. Replace self-pitying with gratitude).
  • Newer give your power away to others…(Forgiving others will help you reclaim your power by placing your focus back on you. Forgiving others for their transgressions against you is an important part of reclaiming your power).
  • Never be resentful of other people’s success…(Learn from them and try to collaborate with them).
  • Surround yourself with the right people…(Who you are with you are like that. Carefully chose people that surround you, because you will spend your time and potentials in vain. Surround yourself with people who are inspiring and able to recognize your potentials. You won’t be wasting time and energy in vain with the right people ).
  • You would not want to be ashamed of your body and yourself… (This may be a question of its own. Sometimes this is most deepest problem in our nature and very hard to overcome).
  • You may not be interesting to anyone if you have no interest in yourself…(Various states that create a projection of our inner reality outward; others may notice and perceive our personality).
  • How does one respond to their age and aging…(Perhaps sometimes the most difficult issue that every person faces. All depends on how life itself passes But it all depends on how life goes, whether we spend quality time, or just pass away as we age and perish. As far as looks are concerned, it can also disturb us if we don’t care enough about ourselves and neglect ourselves, then the results are bad to see).
  • A pleasant distance between everything in space…(Pleasure or discomfort creates physical distance and comfortable distance to all the senses. Also it affects people’s interactions in space. If you are too far, you are too far…you should come closer to make action).
  • You have not forgotten anything that you already knew when you needed you will remember it all. (Every moment is frozen ”picture” and the path to these feelings of the experienced moment. You can intentionally remember many informations).
  • You are ready and fully take on your responsibilities… (Responsibilities and guilt may destroy your head…fears kill…be wise and accept your destiny…or change it…).
  • Never be afraid to take risks, but choose wisely what risks you take…
  • Everything listens to you when you are honest (To be honest is the most strong attraction power).
  • Be patient. Don’t expect immediate results.
  • Nothing is for free…
  • It is not good to spend anything with guilt.
  • Face your fears of being alone and overcome them
  • Body is a program…you can shape it and present it the way you like. Work on it…it is the greatest tool you possess.
  • Protect your whole body from harm and damage everything is important. Be constantly aware and perceive your environment.
  • It is important to have a focus on your body and all the parts you wish to change. (The best example is when you experience you have a focus on specific muscles and goals).
  • Remember the organs (It is important to remember all organs and give them a certain dose of attention and love in order to stay in healthy condition.)
  • When it’s hard, remember muscles (In states of weakness, depression, or a variety of bad vibes, remembering the body and muscles can truly activate us and motivate us to move on from a bad position.
  • Muscle control will enable you to enter different states of your reality. (Each movement and muscle activity will create a specific state of your perception which will shape your reality in this moment. Having awareness of these principles will help you unlock your greater potentials.)
  • It is most important to be physically active and to be in good shape, to maintain a healthy lifestyle and habits in order to unlock our potentials or even go beyond our limits.
  • You would not want to be ashamed of your body and yourself… This may be a question of its own …
  • How does one respond to their age and age (Perhaps sometimes the most difficult issue that every person faces. But it all depends on how life itself passes. Whether it is utilized in terms of caliber, or just passes away as we age and perish. As far as looks are concerned, it can also upset us if we do not keep enough to ourselves and are overlooked and then the results are bad to see )
  • Keep your environment clean and organized…it affects your spiritual and physical health.
  • Sometimes small things can make you feel unsecured about yourself. Don’t compare yourself with others so much, accept who you are, only then you can make change.
  • Create and figure out paths to the goal for every thing you desire (All the best answers are always hidden in us, sometimes we may need help to accomplish some goals, but we need to go our own way.   • Never be afraid to take risks, but choose  wisely what risks you take
  • Eye contact is the first and most important step in any interaction with people. Be confident and act honestly, make something honest from you to get attention.
  • What draws you to …? Their sexual energy (sexual energy is what creates attraction to any object of interest if interest is sexual
  • What you would try to impress the girl with (You need to be fit to get the girls you want. In good physical, emotional, mental and spiritual conditions. However, in this case, it is important to be physically fit to perform with your body everything we think and want.
  • Visualize walking with girls… and all situations you desire (As we know visualization is a powerful tool of attraction. All situations that we fantasize about are some way of visualization, only the thing is that some are real and some are not. We need to visualize situations that are within our real reach of possibilities and so create some pictures of what we want to experience.)
  • The differences between our fantasies and reality are that we do not experience emotional connection in fantasies…
  • Don’t Train On Jerks (it is best to have deal and relationships with people who are inspiring and quality to work with. not waste our energy on the wrong people and those who don’t even have the potential to get us
  • Intrusiveness create conflict (Intrusiveness will affect the distance of a comfortable space in people’s interactions. People always need to say when something is intrusive)
  • Disgust blocks from success with conquering someone (If we are disgusting we will have all sorts of blockages and prejudices about people who will occupy us mentally and thus lose a clear idea of what we really want with someone )
  • A pleasant distance between everything in space (pleasure or discomfort creates Physical distance and comfortable distance to all the senses. Also, it affects people’s interactions in space. If you are too far, you are too far, you should just come into a comfortable distance to take action)
  • Ask the girls what type of boy they love and ask what they like about these things (Questions that lead us into deeper exploration and lead to the desired goal.
  • Showing feelings, Crying in front of the girl’s, or someone (Great power is in showing genuine feelings towards someone we care about. This strengthens confidence and attachment even more deeply)
  • You should tell girls they are beautiful when it is necessary (It is very important to honestly express our thoughts and feelings towards girls so that they see that we know what we want and become clearer to them
  • You can’t be interesting to anyone if you have no interest in yourself (Factual states that create a projection of our inner reality outwards others can perceive as our personality.)
  • You would not want to be ashamed of your body and yourself … this may be a question of its own
  • Stop worrying about pleasing everyone 
  • You are more sexy when you are clean (Purity is attractive and desirable so it is very important in helping us attract things we desire)
  • Armor is taken off when you have sex
  • Have Sex slowly… to feel the flow of energy through the body in every movement
  • Don’t be afraid to show what you are. Be honest to yourself
